I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during the Ramadan month. I was very satisfied with the excellent hospitality and friendly service provided by both the front desk staff and the staff who assisted with our luggage. They were very welcoming, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The Ramadan buffet for iftar was also excellent, with a wide variety of delicious food choices available. The quality of the food was very good, and the price offered was very reasonable and worth it. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Penang, especially during the fasting month.
