Facilities that were mentioned in the Economy room were not in fact available. Mini bar was not in the room, and city views were in fact a small view of the hotel rooftop with ac vents. Staff were generally unhelpful in trying to find a solution, citing that the hotel was full so no room change could be offered. Restaurant vouchers were only offered at my suggestion, so it did not feel like there was any motivation from staff to try and make up for this. No extra key was provided to leave the lights in the room on for my pet. When eating at the hotel restaurant (EGO) I was served food containing my allergen, when I was very clear in specifying to my server that I had a milk allergy.

We were lucky enough to get a complementary upgrade to a mini suit, so the room was huge and we definitely enjoyed it. The stuff was very polite and friendly. Relax was also nice and clean.. The location was also very central so we could walk around the city center.
