On arrival we were told the hotel had been closed due to health & Safety issues. No communication received. We had to find other rooms at short notice the night Oasis were playing at Wembley, that was the reason we were there. We were offered rooms at the Nova in Brentford, over 8 miles away. at least 2.5hour drive round trip. We then missed the 2 opening acts of the concert!. Disaster from start to finish. Never use Ibis again.
