Location: Central location just across the street from the CTICC. Walking distance to Long and Bree streets, lots of conveniences close by. Staff: Professional, warm, helpful, and knowledgeable. Definitely a huge asset to the hotel. Everyone was lovely. Room: Really lovely, modern, and well-appointed; just like photos, larger than expected, very clean. Kitchen is fully functional with the glasses, cutlery, and tableware needed. Comfortable bed, lush! And couch was also very comfortable. Appreciated the lighting, lamps, recessed lighting, warm or bright light... helpful for the whole range from putting on makeup or reading to resting in low comfy light. Also large wardrobe with shelves, robes and slippers provided! Bathroom: clean, compact, no counterspace but does have two useful drawers under the sink. Really nice smelling bath products. Powerful shower. Added bonus: there's a 4th floor lounge with patio balcony that has amazing views of Table Mountain day and night. You can sit here and watch a game, have a drink, and even order from the restaurant downstairs And the spa though small is really nice!. Skilled staff, and a very relaxing experience. They make you feel special and pampered.
