Went strictly for the pool and hot tub. We live 20 min away. The pool was ice cold. 71 degrees. Wasn't there more than 20 min. Left. Was charged the full amount and GM stated that they wouldn't do anything about the issue. Pool was usually up to 87 but they would not be fixing. Kids cried all night. GM customer service was crap!!!
